A Wedding Venue with Character
Hazel and Alex fell in love with Larkspur Lodge at first sight. Nestled in the Cheshire countryside, the venue offered a blend of rustic charm and quirky features that perfectly suited the couple's style. From the converted fire engine turned pizza oven to the atmospheric ceremony room with romantic lighting and cinema-style seating, every corner of Larkspur Lodge added to the magic of the day. A Day to Remember
The ceremony took place in a converted barn, its wooden paneling and exposed beams adorned with floral decorations. As Hazel walked down the aisle, the emotion was palpable. The moment she locked eyes with Alex, it was clear that this was the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in their lives.
The reception was a delightful affair, with tables named and decorated after different herbs grown by the mother of the bride. This nature theme complemented the rustic charm of the venue and added a personal touch to the celebration.
The Dream Team
Our friends Lois and Richard provided the hair and makeup styling, ensuring team bride looked stunning throughout the day. The music, provided by Mojo Band, added to the lively atmosphere during the day and kept guests entertained into the evening. Special thanks go to Sophie, the event manager at Larkspur Lodge, for her excellent communication and for ensuring the day ran smoothly. The wonderful food was also a highlight of the day, leaving guests and us photographers well-fed and happy!
